Follow Friday

Q: Summer Break is upon us! What would be the perfect vacation spot for you to catch up on your reading & relax?

A: The perfect reading vacation? Probably somewhere tropical where I can swing on a hammock, get a tan, drink an exotic drink, and periodically stare out at an ocean while I read. That sounds pretty amazing to me. Or maybe go to a place where a book I am planning to read takes place, like I could go to France to read Anna and the French Kiss, and then maybe go to Idris where I could seek treatment for my Shadowhunter withdrawal problems....

What about you? Where would your dream reading vacation be?

  9. Hopping through. I think books automatically become more interesting when you're reading them while staring at the ocean - or lake - or river.

  11. Tropical sounds fantastic but I'm not much of a beach person... too much sand getting into everything.

Here's my Follow Friday. Stop by if you get a chance.

  12. That sounds like my cup of tea! <3 Hot sun, nice soft breeze, hammock, cold drink, terrific book in my hands. I imagine myself there, while I'm looking outside my window to the dark and grey sky. I believe it's going to rain, so if I could transport myself.. I'd know where I want to go to :p
