Follow Friday

Q: Have you had a character that disappointed you? One that you fell in love with and then "broke up" with later on in either the series or a stand-alone book? Tell us about him or her.

A. At the beginning of the Hunger Games Trilogy I was on "Team Gale", and I was on that team pretty much until the end of Mockingjay when I was like... really? I have been very pro-Peeta ever since. I'm not going to spoil anything for those of you that haven't read it yet, but for those of you who have, I think you understand the parts I am referring to.

  9. Yep, he's a popular choice! I don't know if I was ever in favour of the either, but by the end I definitely knew I was Team Peeta.

    Happy Friday!

  10. I was very pro Gale, too, but then *that* happened and while I know he'd never have done that had he known everything and all, that was when I accepted he and Katniss would never happen.. *g*

  13. I haven't read Hunger Games yet, but I will definitely read it before I see the movie. Because your post was about Hunger Games, I didn't really read it all as I didn't want any spoilers. :)

  14. I was Team Gale the whole way through. The very end of Mockingjay I didn't feel was his fault. They used his thing without his permission. Peeta was cool too and I'm somewhat happy with the ending although I felt it rushed. I just loved Gale too!
