Not sure if it's still there, but I wanted to be honest. I'm not sure I like Amazon or Barnes and Noble taking down reviews, mainly because I think the average reader is smart enough to do a little review research on their own. I like to look at reviews for books that are five stars and one stars. If a book only has a few glowing reviews and I've never heard of the book then I take them with a grain of salt because I assume they were written by the author or their friends. <br /><br />I am sure your father read your mother's book, and unless Amazon, Barnes and Noble or Goodreads comes out with a policy against it, his opinion is just as valid as the next reviewer. <br /><br />Another pet peeve about Goodreads- people giving books that aren't out yet even in ARC form one star simply because they hate waiting.
